Bottom line, we can machine and verify our work to nano precision specifications (± 1 micron).

As an example, our latest nano precision machining cell utilizes a vision system with 600X magnification and a shutter speed that can capture a still image of a rotating tool with surface speed of up to 1000 in/sec.

We require this level of magnification and high shutter speed because of our unique ability to machine with 10 Micron (.0004”) end-mills.
