Nowhere is our ‘process of discovery’ more prevalent then in our Engineering Department. Their comprehensive experience in virtually all of the micro markets affords them the ability to apply technology from one field to another.

Our cross‐functional team develops solutions that are highly functional, cost‐effective, and easy to manufacture and assemble. They are expert level users in ProEngineer and can design for virtually any material and manufacturing process.

Micro Tooling and Machining
Our state‐of‐the‐art manufacturing facility was developed with micro requirements in mind. Our specialized equipment and expertise allows us to compress development times and keep our customers’ R&D efforts on track.

• Gate diameters less than .005”
• Wire EDM down to .001” diameter
• Nano precision to ±.00004” (1 micron)
• Cylindrical cores less than .005” diameter
• Hard milling with .0004”(10 micron) diameter end mills
