Tooling holds the key to success or failure of a component and ultimately the ideal product. Design engineers are all too often forced to settle for less because they did not have a supplier that understood the complete process and the critical importance of an expert tooling program. Without this, incorporating the following complex part features in high performance polymers with extreme accuracy is not possible with even the most superior injection molding machines.
